As stated in the seller's description, it is a thin tank top, so that was to be expected. It's very soft and lightweight and the color is as pictured. I wore a black tank under it and it looked great.I'm 5'3 with a 36D chest. The large fits snug around my chest but not too tight. The length comes past my stomach, but I like it that way. (I've been eating too many chocolates lately and it shows.)I would have given it 5 stars except I just washed it for the first time and the black writing and mermaid image on the front have already faded a bit. I don't think it's going to hold up for more than several washes, which is a bummer because it's a really cute tank.
