I bought this for Halloween but when I ordered it..I was a little nervous, because it was 1 size fits all up too a size 12. I am very short 4'7inches and about 105lb.The skirt finally arrived and I was soooooo happy with it, I have to wear it high waisted..right underneath my breast but it fits me perfect length and covers my feet which looks veryyy mermaidishhh. It's tight like a body con dress which looks amazing on me. I would recommend this in a heart beat :)
