I don’t like writing bad reviews but I had to share. I took a chance on dress since there were positive reviews and the previous review pictures (since removed by seller) were promising. When I ordered, I messaged regarding custom sizing. Although I followed the size chart, I wanted to ensure it would fit considering the price. Seller said they’d get back to me but waited till after they shipped my order and Amazon contacted them only to tell me they don’t. If they knew that, I could have been told much sooner?‍♀️The dress arrived and it didn’t fit, which I was trying to avoid. On top of that, this dress was obviously rushed. The seller said they ‘do not have quality problems’ let the pictures speak for themselves..Loose threads, poor stitching, unfinished details, missing parts all over the dress, and a small stain (on the puff sleeve).The product picture shows pearl detailing along the neckline and the puff sleeves which is completely missing. Sleeves were supposed to have finger holes to keep them up, but that was also missing.Considering this cost almost $200, this wasn’t worth it. Customer service was horrible too. Extremely condescending and unaccountable for clear flaws the order had before they shipped it out.Hopefully this is helpful for anyone considering..I love this dress! Only problems is that the v at the bottom of the bodice keep rolling up and it looks weird and the sleeves are too short so I just rolled them up under the sleeves. It’s really pretty though I love it
